Bumble7 Terms of Service: Legal Agreement for Platform Use

Your use of the bumble7 Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all associated policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, as detailed in Section 9. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant bumble7 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BUMBLE7 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that (i) the Services will meet your requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from bumble7 or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUMBLE7, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to bumble7 in the past twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to deactivate your account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with its rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any actual or threatened unauthorized use or abuse of the Platform, or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
